Riyadh – Mubasher: Sport Clubs Company announced, on 18 May 2026, the official opening of a new fitness facility in Dammam.
The new center in An Nada District marks a strategic expansion of the company’s presence in the Eastern Province, operating under the Body Motions brand, according to a bourse filing.
It is specifically designed for female members and represents the latest addition to the company’s growing portfolio of sports and wellness centers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The new facility is situated with access to Prince Mutaeb Street and Omar Ibn Al Khattab Street, spanning a total area of approximately 5,600 square meters.
Meanwhile, the physical building structure covers more than 2,500 square meters and is equipped with modern fitness technologies, integrated services, and a comprehensive range of contemporary facilities.
To support member access and convenience, the location includes a dedicated parking area with a capacity exceeding 90 vehicles.
From a financial perspective, Sport Clubs indicated that the operational impact of the Dammam branch is expected to manifest in its financial results during the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.
With the addition of this site, the company’s total number of active branches has reached 62, currently divided into 43 clubs dedicated to male members and 19 clubs dedicated to female members.
Looking ahead, the company provided guidance on its medium-term growth trajectory. Sport Clubs currently maintains 13 signed lease agreements for future locations. The majority of these projects are in various stages of development, with some currently under construction and others awaiting the finalization of necessary regulatory permits to commence building works.
The management expects to inaugurate these 13 branches, along with several other locations currently in the contract negotiation phase, within the next 13 months.
In late 2025, Sport Clubs announced a plan to establish two centers in Riyadh.
