Riyadh – Mubasher: SEDCO Capital REIT Fund unveiled SAR 25.70 million in cash dividends for the unitholders of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund for the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, as per a bourse filing.
The fund will disburse SAR 0.13 per unit, representing 1.59% of the net asset value, for 186.94 million units.
Meanwhile, the eligibility of the cash dividends for unitholders will be at the end of the trading session on 21 May. The actual distribution of cash dividends will start from 30 July.
