Riyadh – Mubasher: Leaf Global Environmental Services Company has purchased a residential villa in the Abhar Al Janoubia neighborhood from the Liquidation and Insolvency Center (Infath) at a value of SAR 7 million.
Spanning 417 square meters in Jeddah, the property was acquired through an electronic public auction, distinguished by its strategic location, according to a statement.
This transaction is part of the company’s strategy aimed at expanding its investment activities and strengthening its real estate asset base, which supports its future growth plans.
Leaf Global expects that the deal would contribute to increasing the value of non-current assets and achieving sustainable long-term returns.
