Riyadh – Mubasher: Kingspan Insulation, a division of Kingspan Group, has inaugurated a new manufacturing facility in Dammam, backing its expansion strategy in Saudi Arabia, according to a press release.
The newly launched facility represents a key strategic milestone in Kingspan Insulation’s regional growth plans in line with its long-term commitment to local manufacturing and cooperating with the Kingdom’s construction sector.
The plant is built to meet global engineering and quality standards, enhance delivery efficiency, strengthen localized supply chains, and provide improved technical support for projects across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
Besides manufacturing operations, the facility will serve as a technical and specification support center, offering both onsite and offsite advisory services.
Managing Director of Kingspan Insulation Middle East & Africa, Sarmad Fakhri, commented: “Our mission is to accelerate the transition toward a net-zero carbon-built environment, and local manufacturing is a critical enabler of that vision.”
“By bringing advanced insulation production closer to the market, we are strengthening supply reliability, creating skilled employment opportunities, and partnering more closely with developers, consultants, and contractors across the Kingdom,” Fakhri added.
Looking ahead to 2026, Kingspan Insulation will focus on expanding production from its Dammam facility, expanding export capability from Saudi Arabia to regional markets, and advancing sustainability initiatives.
