Flynas inaugurates new operations base in Qassim

Riyadh - Mubasher: Flynas Company has teamed up with Cluster2 Company to establish a new operations base at Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Qassim.

This made flynas the first Saudi airline to operate flights from six different hubs across the Kingdom, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

Starting in July, flynas will launch the first phase of its expansion from Qassim, introducing direct services to five domestic and international destinations.

The airline’s international network from Qassim will include direct flights to Istanbul, Trabzon, and Sphinx International Airport, alongside domestic routes to Abha and Dammam.

CEO of Cluster2, Ali Masrahi, affirmed that the new base marks a key milestone in the company’s strategy to strengthen partnerships and expand operating networks across the Kingdom.

Masrahi noted that the initiative aims to capitalize on growing passenger demand and introduce additional domestic and international routes.

The expansion also supports the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s aviation sector under the National Transport and Logistics Strategy, which targets handling 330 million passengers annually by 2030.

Last month, Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz inaugurated the new operations base of Flynas at Abha International Airport.

At the end of March 2026, the net profit of flynas dropped by 20.26% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 117.90 million.
