Riyadh - Mubasher: Al Mohafaza Company for Education penned a memorandum of cooperation with King Faisal University, represented by the College of Applied Sciences, on 17 May 2026, according to a bourse disclosure.
The framework agreement aims to strengthen academic and professional partnerships while developing areas of joint cooperation in training, qualification, and professional development.
Both parties aim to join efforts in designing and implementing high-quality training and professional development programs for students, graduates, and national talent.
They will also cooperate in professional diplomas, certifications, career and training consulting, and the exchange of expertise to enhance the quality of educational and training outcomes and align them with labor market needs.
In the six-month period that ended on 31 January 2026, the company’s net profits declined by 17.97% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 4.17 million from SAR 5.08 million.
